How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
Will my order arrive before Halloween?
Order by October 10 to get your package in time for Halloween. During the Halloween season, processing and shipping can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on orders over $49.

The candles
Are the candles safe?
Yes. They are flameless LED candles, so there is no open flame, wax or smoke.
What if my candles arrive damaged?
If your candles arrive damaged or a unit stops working, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or a refund.
